I was surfing the internet and I saw this... what the hell....

those are not silencers, but special equipment for resarch-tests(ballistic etc.)...

btw
on the first pic, is not a tank, but Panzerhaubitze 2000 155mm ;)

Are you sure? Then why is that one by Rhein Metall called "ifl muffler"???

A muffler reduces noise...
