I found it accidentally, but I think it may be interesting. This is some gallery of Polish SPAP (Samodzielny Pododdzial Antyterrorystyczny Policji - Independent Police AT Squad) from Szczecin. This is Polish equivalent of SWAT team. This unit was founded in 1978 (as Pluton Specjalny, 25 men, one of ten units created in this year) and now is ca. 55 policemen.

Large ones (nice for wallpaper):

ThePolish Police Urban Camo is good only on urban terrains, but they can use CADPAD woodland camo in forest areas. Urban cammo is extemely uneficient in forest areas.

I'm not absolutely positive about this, but i don't think it really is Polish cammo. It looks exactly like German Flecktarn, only in urban-coloured version (would it be called Urbantarn?)

You're wrong, there aren't law enforcement (or military) units in Poland which use Cadpat uniforms! And Police Forces uses besides the Metro patern also black uniforms (see photos below) and standard blue.

CADPAT?? What for? Polish "pantera" camo is very effective in woodland enviroment, if the police wants to have own woodland camo, they can change colours of Metro... but i would be unnecessary. The police seldom operates in forests, and for such ops black camo - or "pantera", if someone REALLY wants to blend - is enough and cheap.

It would be better to buy more bulletproof vests than create woodland version of "metro", or buy CADPAT... the last would be totally stupid.

Snipers should have woodland GSs, though.

There is plan that to year 2007? every policeman on patrol duty would have vest (ca 50000) ministry of interior want to buy around 10000 a year and after that wearing of vest would be obligatory to all policemans outisde police station (recent research proved that around 80% of policemans shoot dead in last 10 years would survive if they had a vest) (in last 12 years ca 100 policemans died in poland in action)

Why don't we use those uniforms for our military? Put in some green, brown and black and we got a better cammo pattern then we do now. I don't like the forest cammo pattern we use now, too wavey; althought the desert one is great and blends in well. I would prefer to have the same pattern as the Police but for the military with green and whatnot.

What kind of vests are these and who makes them?
Also are those Polish helmets or American?

Remov you are right.

Polish security forces aren't use Cadpat now, this is my only MY PROJECT to eqiup them in computer made pattern to hide snipers in forest actions like Magdalenka (some policeman was killed).

this is my only MY PROJECT to eqiup them in computer made pattern to hide snipers in forest actions like MagdalenkaIt wasn't a forest action at all, it was just an unsuccessful action (the police was surprised by improvised explosive devices and firepower of armed criminals, something like during the Shoot-out in North Hollywood, also the AKMS with drum magazines). And police units don't need additional pixel pattern, what for?!
