Most likely Main force Force VC, note the 2 PAVN style black shirts on the left as opposed to the peasant cloths on the right.

Viet Minh uniform:
Tan early war PAVN shirt (changed to green for all forces around 1965-66)
SKS Bandoleer
Honor scarf (like the CIB for the Viets)
French Adrian Helmet
Enfield No4 mk1
http://image42.webshots.com/42/9/32/30/371993230zKJNze_ph.jpg
Detail of the helmet
http://image22.webshots.com/22/9/16/41/371991641glvuSo_ph.jpg
Local VC uniform:
Peasants cloths (Dao Ba Ba)
PAVN Boonie hat done up with Parachute material
Chinese SKS bandoleer
French Satchel
Mosin-Nagant 91/30
http://image44.webshots.com/45/9/22/44/371992244cFSfEh_ph.jpg
Viet Cong Main Force Uniform:
PAVN Green uniform dyed black to appear to be peasant cloths at a glance (Red and Blue stripes were added to ID friendly forces from civilians during Tet)
PAVN Sun Helmet with Parachute cover
Parachute Material Camo Cape
Russian Magazine pouch
Whistle with Parachute cord lanyard
US pistol Belt with First aid pack, Canteen, and Raincape (not shown)
AK-47
http://image26.webshots.com/27/9/20/21/371992021LrkvQX_ph.jpg
PAVN Sun Helmet without cover (Note: Insignia would have been removed in combat, also, all PAVN uniforms from 1965-present were the color of the helmet, the tan uniforms faded out in 65-66 for obvious reasons)
http://image40.webshots.com/41/9/5/58/371990558YqKOIG_ph.jpg
VCMF Garrison/sleep wear:
Ha-Noi sweatshirt given to most PAVN and VCMF units for night time. (Note: the Non-La or Coolie hat was NEVER, EVER worn in combat. Even Local Force and Militia VC would sooner go with out a hat than wear the non-la into battle, it is great for farming but anything more and it becomes cumbersome and blocks vision as well as impairs hearing.)
http://image40.webshots.com/40/9/8/96/371990896ZHujuZ_ph.jpg
All of my Vietcong gear:
VCMF combat belt is at bottom
top left to the left of the boonie hat is a Vietnamese Ruck with Foliage ring.
Far right middle are PAVN combat boots patterned after French jungle boots.
on peasant cloths at right is a Diary (almost all Viet forces in south had one or something similar) which also contains all military documents, ID card and personal items.

VC Personal Items:
Diary
Several Pictures of Chu Tich Ho Chi Minh
10 NVN Dong (pay for a farmer in the MF was $12 a month, roughly less than a dollar)
20 Piasters
Ace of Spades Death Card (Vietnamese cards did not have aces, it was 2-10, J-k, so the ace of spades was more confusing than it was terrifying)
Picture of wife/girlfriend
2 letters home, one in french, one in vietnamese (upper class families spoke both)
ARVN dogtags
