Thats some interesting stuff...especially with the UN using some force. Maybe this could be a model for future peacekraping operations in urban areas...an int'l SOF police unit or two. And the face masks...is this like the equivelant of a FBI HRT/SWAT team?

Cool photos.
AFAIK, they've been in Kosovo since the UNMIK mission started. We had a couple of sessions with them during my posting, and they really know their stuff. It's pretty much taking the good parts and knowhow from different countries, train them together to work, and you've got a well oiled machine.
Got a couple of private photos i think, i'll see if i can have them up online during leave.
