It would be quite nice to have something like that on your car. But that one doesn´t even look dangerous. Looks more like something used by NASA or by firemen. I think it would look a lot more dangerous and everything if there was some armour on it. (Could just be some lightweight thin plates). As the turret used on the Mowag Eagle
