Taiwanese Ah-1W

Hey all, Im seriously wanting to find pictures of Taiwan's Ah-1W Super Cobra fleet but I have come up empty handed. Does anyone here have any pics of the Cobra or know where I can find them? It would be greatly appreciated.

What Im looking for is a Super Cobra in the Army "Dark Green" color with Taiwan letters on the tail boom.

Also, I recall about 2ish years ago the Discovery channel did a show about attack helicopters and they followed squadrons from the US Army, IDF and the ROC army. Quite good, I wish they would show it again.[/list]

I got the picture from http://www.dtmonline.com/ - 'Defense Technology Monthly' - a defense publication in Taiwan. You can find some clear pictures of other Taiwanese equipment on their image page: http://211.78.82.201/image_bank/image_bank_2003.html - You can see the AH-1W in the background in 2 more of the pictures. If I find any more I'll let you know.

I simply found that site by browsing the internet looking for Taiwan military-related items. I'm very interested in their armed services because they are a vastly underrated military power with most Taiwan Strait arguments being reduced to USA vs. China. In the case of war, there will be a great awakening among the "Counter-Strike" generation of Chinese military enthusiasts.

However, I realize people must learn by example and not words, so I'm resigned to the misinformation rampant throughout the internet and other realms of public information.

Totally agree with you man. The one thing about finding ROC Army stuff on the net is that either you dont find it or its all in Chinease and you cant really understand where to go to look for it.
