I've read, from two sources on the Net (links escape me) that between forty and fifty percent of Iraqi citizens are under the age of fourteen.

Iraq is the country that sits on top of the second largest oil reserves in the world. It should have one of the highest standards of living (if wealth was a factor)... words fail me...
