CFB Petawawa has now exists for a 100 years (as well as Canada Day I know).
There's alot of stuff going on.
The Freedom Of The City just happend, Private Jans De Vries (a memeber of the 1st Canadian Parachute Battalion from the Second World War) led the airborne veterans, I was honoured just to see the man. One of an extreme few now.
The Skyhawks should be here, there's Gun Run stuff from the artillery (a very cool thing to see guns running around with parts of a 105 strapped to their chest and put it together), section attacks from griffons and lav III's, as well as a bunch of other stuff.
I'll have to remember to get to see the stuff tomorrow and take pictures of everything that's going on. I'm sure someone will find the stuff on CombatCamera as well.
To all the Canadians; Happy Canada Day, go get drunk for your country!
