Nope as of today the Top 3 is like this: 1) Delta, due to budget and gadgets 2) SAS due to raw CT experience and for leading the way for all CT/HRTS of the world. 3) There is no number 3 but rather a group including the Naval Special Warfare Development Group ( again due to the US budget) and the European teams ( due to their outstanding experience with terrorism). That is how it is ladies and for Delta and SAS, many people feel SAS is still the best there is.

A Korean buddy of mine is with the 19th Special Forces, he's currently in Bragg for his SF medic training. So yeah, they do have gooks in U.S. Special Operation.
