So THIS is what I saw on TV in Russia. I was wondering what the hell was going on. In the episode I watched, this alligator and bear were travelling by train when some old lady and her rat-thing stole thier tickets. Without speaking much Russian, I thought the whole thing was VERY odd.

Not that it makes any more sense now, just that I understand what it was I was watching.

Do you think before you type? It is a cartoon for kids ages 3 - 7. It actually teaches them good values like helping people in trouble and friendship. Would you rather have your five year old watch "cartoon channel"?

It's very good military serial for it times but also very dengerous...Why? becuase it is propaganda movie... still very well done, entertaing, with good story and actors play, with great battle scenes etc, even it have nice love plot for girls... But as it is polish-soviet propaganda movie it is very historicaly "incorect"...there was no love betwen polish and russian soldiers, creation of eastern polish army was more bitter and so on...It is almost continously(usually at wacations) showed in one of our TV chanels and still gathers big audience in front of tv sets.

Kingpin did you watched "Bid Greater Than Life" with "Hans Kloss" :)?

I remember that show as well. It was called "Drutten & Gena" in swedish. It used to be aired when I was really little back in the old Stalin-age of swedish television, when there were only two national channels to choose from.

You might wanna add a link to the last image instead of just showing it, its a bit graphic, what with the burning body hanging out the window. Oh and the second image as well.

I think you got the wrong thread, pal ... Happends to everybody .

The music from the link reminds me some other Soviet series , called - "17 moments of spring " . It has the same plot , but the spy isn't Polish , i think (according to the jokes , he is jew ) . The guy undercover name was Shtirlitz .
