Is land/homes expensive out there...?
Does foreginer can buy guns or get license as any other Fin?

Question 1: Expensive comparing to what? Everything is relative and depending on location, wood property and so on. From my experience the prices on land/homes are like 3/4 compared to Sweden.

I mean deep north some pleasant cabin with all important medias... As for expenive just give some prices in Euro from your newspapers.... i don't know "lapapaplandish" :) .

I'd say 6000-25 000 euro are normal prices for cabins in Lapland. But you have to check with a real finn to get prices that are up2date.
