Just shot a couple 3 round groups at 100yrds, and im not 100% sure on how to convert it into MOA. I beleive you measure the distance between all three in inches, and then average them. Is this correct?

Yeah I don't understand either. I guess measure from the center of the target and adjust your scope accordingly (using the right number of clicks for its moa).

What are you shooting? What are your optics?

sorry if i didnt make myself clear... you know that accuracy is measured in MOA (minutes of angle: or 1in at 100yrds) Im wondering how exactly you find your rifles MOA by using a 3 round group.

btw, its a POS Remington 600 with Bushnell scope...

If the group at its widest points from the center of the group is 2 inches, and you shot from 100 yards. then you fired a 2 MOA shot group. Your rifle, as you fired it has held to 2 MOA.
If it was 2 inches from 50 yards, then you shot a 4 MOA group. Get the picture?
