You take your middle name and you combine it with the name of the street you grew up on. Mine is Patrick Cypress. That aint half bad. It's got a type of wood in it.

I've heard it's made different ways. First name is your first pet's name, and the street, so forth and so on.
With the dog's name: Lady Mountainview.
With the middle name: Steele Mountainview.
