The USAF unveiled a memorial to honor TSgt. John A. Chapman at Arlington National Cemetary. May he rest in peace along with the other fallen of OEF.

Interestingly, the memorial is an exhibit of Chapman's gear in Afghanistan. His boots and maroon beret are displayed at the bottom. The equipement was probably donated by Chapman's family.
I've seen this kind of display in museums, but never as memorials. Good thing it doesn't resembles Chapman too closely. I think it's already a bit eerie to see a full scale replica of a man who lived and died not so long ago. It's not like an anonymous mannequin from centuries past we see in museums.
