History Of USMC Reserves

For my senior thesis paper i am trying to create something that strongly involves the hisotry of the USMC Reserves. I want to shed light on the "citizen soldier" and i need the history of the reserves to back up my point. anyone with any knowledge on this topic or anyone that knows of any websites would be much appreciated. thanks
