Did any of the Brits watch this on Sunday?
I thought it was pretty good myself some Very interesting points in it
Its a pity the USA chaps couldn't sse it as I got the same questions to ask
1.Why is the Head of the Iraqi AF not on the list of 54?
2.Why is the head of Iraqi Intelligence nor on the list of 54?
Sorry for the guys in the US you had to see the program to see the reasons for the questions.
In a nutshell the program claimed that the CIA(amongst others!!)bribed Heads of the RG/SRG units in the run up to war,in that they were offering vast sums of money to get these units to move in daylight hours from their "entrenched "positions on the outskirts of Baghdad ,so that they could be destroyed!
It also showed huge numbers of Artillery pieces and Tanks that were abandoned in position rather than fight,as they had been bought!
Also claims that a deal was done with the head of the Iraqi AF to prevent ANY air assets being used,despite being a prominent member of the Bath Party is NOT on the list of 54!!
Same as the head of the Republican Guard who was also Saddams cousin........also missing in the list,as is the head of the Iraqi Intelligence service!!................................all very interesting stuff!!
