Interesting assortment of weapons, though that isn't all that uncommon with regards to Latin America as a whole.

The barrel of the M60 in this picture looks longer than the standard, and the absence of the bipod makes me wonder if this is perhaps an M60E2 stripped off of a tank. Note that even the M60C usually features a barrel with the bipod fixed to either allow the weapon to be used on the ground in an emergency or to be quickly converted to an infantry weapon should the need arise.
