This pic was among a bunch of NASA photos so I am assuming he is with NASA security. Anyone got any other ideas?

He's a NASA Special Agent, same badge as above. Does anyone have any more pics of these agents?

Thanks a lot VFP. I'm interested in these SWAT guys very much, and KSC SWAT seems to have developed a new style.

Never known even back in July 2001 they have heavily armed officers protecting astronauts. I assumed that would only happen after 911.
Anyone know why Andy Thomas wears the "Stars and Stripes" instead of our flag? Citizenship issue?

N417NA Flying aircover for the STS-114 "Return to Flight" mission about 30 minutes after the mission got scrubbed due to fuel sensor failure. The Vehicle Assembly Building (VAB) in the background is one of the world's largest buildings. Besides the 2 guys riding shotgun, there is some heavy machinery in that cabin, too.
