Moonshine aint a booze, its a paint thinner. :D haha. My cousin used to make moonshine. Three years after the smell is still on the copper tubing so strong you could pass out.
Had moonshine once and learnt my lesson.
The strongest real alcohol i had was some shot that was 130proof. I cant remember the name cus i was taking shots the whole night. But it had lime in the name. ****ing strong ****. Tasting like dentyne gum.

Irish Poteen (It's ****ounced Puh-Cheen), it's made from potatos. I've only ever had home made stuff but after taking a quick look around the 'net I found this - Click here (http://www.irish-poteen.com/range_90%25_gold_extra_strength.htm) it's 90% alcohol by volume which in US terms is 180 proof. They're also nice enough to warn you it's probably best not to consume more than one shot in each 24 hour period.

Akvavit is not that strong...typically between 80 and 90 proof (40-45% alcohol) when compared to Bacardi 151 (75.5%)and most certainly not in a class with Everclear which is 190 and 151 proof (95% and 75.5%). Drinking undiluted Everclear 190 is like playing Russian Roulette....stupid.

I believe clinical alcohol( medical use) is in the range of about 197-199 proof.

Spirytus 99,9%of alk. i tryied abaut 50ml (so it was a litle shoot) but i didnt knew that its spirytus my friends(they are playing in metal band so they drink anything...) told me it is normal vodka :) and it was painfull expirience :) i never drink with them again brrrr :)

While attending Seargent's course a couple of my mates and I had procured a bottle of 96% homebrew and used that to spike up the party, it tasted like :fork: It had great effect though, my mate used it to fend of a potential fight, some ****head wanted to fight us and my mate offered him a drink of peace. For frat parties when I was in college in Florida, besides kegs, we used to get a new rubbermaid trashcan, 3 or 4 bottles of Everclear, a big can of HiC fruit punch mix crystals and some fruit and a bag of ice. Dump in trash can, put it in the shower and fill with water 3/4 of the way up. Mix well. Freshman girl panty dropping punch. "This punch is good, are you sure there's alcohol in it......"

To this day I cannot even smell Jack Daniels because of my 18th birthday. :cantbeli:

I had a bad experience w/ Tequila on May 5, 1993. The only time I've had it since then was not by choice - some buddies of mine paid a guy at a bar in Tijuana to ambush me with a bottle and a towel. Some of you will no doubt have had a similar experience. ;)

These days, I enjoy Scotch.

a recruiter at my office was telling me about how he got arrested in Tijuana, and they made him go get bail money, while they kept his pals. he did mention that tijuana is a fun place :D

Get a pint glass, then fill with vodka, tequila, blackcurrent juice, beer(preferly at least 5% beer) and lemonade. You want about 2/3 to be vodka and tequila and the rest the other stuff. Anyway then you play a drinking game(doesnt matter what) and whoever loses has to down the pint.

Ahh, good ol' TJ....2 buddies and I went down there a few times (too many). My one friend with a cast iron stomach kept buying 'kamikazes' for the three of us. After the third one he decided it would be funny to head-but us before he handed the drink over. Anyway, when I woke up the next morning I had a 3-inch cut in my forehead. :roll:
