View Full Version : 10 yo kid kills man to protect heīs mother

A 10yo boy in Brazil stabbed and killed a man with a single blow to the throat after he assaulted his mother and punched her in the face. The family was gathered celebrating when the neighbour "******ly harrassed" his mother. The boy tryed to defend her but was pushed and ran away. When he came back he had a knife with him.

The deceased had a wife and 4 kids.

According to laws here he will not be held accountable.

Interesting that according to the newspaper not the merit but heīs age is the main factor. In some us states he could face death penalty. On the other hand I remember one guy who was being held at gun point by a criminal inside his house. He managed to grab the roberīs gun and shoot him. This guy was arrested and prosecuted.

good for the kid.

but can a ten year old really be given the death penalty? i thought it was at the very lowest 13, only ina handfull of states. even 13 is way too young IMO.

Im not sure. but 13 is pretty low to.

Good for him. I think if he was defending his mother he is immune from the Death Penalty. I think there is a law that prevents that sorta thing.

10 is way too young for the death penalty, i doubt he even deserves it.
