It is K-2, a standard assault rifle for all ROK armed forces since early 1980s. 5.56 NATO round, 30-round magazine. However, the internal mechanism is closer to the one that AK-47 has. The outer look resembles AR and old FA-MAS Series.

K-2 has the folding stock since Korean field is very wooded and thick. Also, folding stock helps Korean troops to carry the rifle more easily.

K-2 has a family of K-1, K-3, K-7, and other heavy guns aslo.

Is the MSG-90 like the PSG-1?

I believe so, however rather than quite probably feed you a load of crap, I will refer you to:

http://www.hkpro.com/psg1.htm
and
http://www.hkpro.com/msg90.htm

These should be significantly more helpful than I could ever be.
Hope they are.

Is the MSG-90 like the PSG-1?

Not exactly, although the MSG-90 and PSG-1 use the same ammunition
(7.62X51mm NATO) and most of the parts are similar to each other. The
MSG-90 in the photo is fitted with a PSG-1's standard tripod.
