Doesn't look like any Surefire or Streamlight product I can remember. Pic's not too great, can't tell if it's a light in some kind of mount or if the whole thing is one piece. Got any other pics?
Does HK makes some taclights? Maybe it's something they make?

Are you sure it's not the Oerlikon Contraves Laser Light Module (LLM01) ?

The Top "Hatch" faces a different direction, i guess its just a variation of the LLM. Kinda Interesting though.

Sure looks like the same one, just installed upside down (as long as it attaches though, I suppose there isn't necessary a right side up and an upside down...).
Looks bulkier than a Streamlight M6, wonder how they compare in size for real and how they compare in function...

If it is a variant of the LLM (maybe a newer, more streamlined version), then it should have IR illuminator and both IR and visible aiming laser, in addition to visible light illuminator.
M6 is only a visible light illuminator and visible aiming laser.
The only comparable thing to the LLM I can think of would be Streamlight's PEQ-6/LAM and Laser Devices' MOLAD.
