I do not remember seeing this posted as such. I have seen this clip from other vids from here, but never alone.

Hopefully I am right, and you can enjoy it or even add it to your next compilation.

White car being followed from the air, then stops, driver gets out, then, gets wacked!

yeah, his arms were up but i think they more or less had pressed the trigger already. :|

Well, if he was being followed and then, engaged, one would assume that there are reasons behind this :)

VIED perhaps or some shiizzle like that.

I believe that the US military rarely chases and engages people just for fun or with no motives.

yeah right - the gunner of that chopper that shot him in an fly-by after he was down pressed the trigger already too eh? :)
they were just happy that the car stopped because it was easier to hit this way...

Rob : Look Bob, he puts his hands up. Lets shoot him anyways.
Bob : Okay Rob, stupid to take him alive so we can question him and maybe get som information that could lead us to more insurgents.

my guess is that the soldiers prefer to take them in alive
