This poll and topic was made more for discussion than anything else. I don't believe that any single advantage is better than an other. There is no right answers on this poll and it is not specific enough to really say but go ahead and discuss the topic.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Surprise- anyway you can surprise someone. For example attacking someone from behind.
Friends- having someone with you who'd be willing to help out in a fight.
Weapon- this is any kind of weapon excluding firearms.
Size- Being larger and stronger than an opponent
Training- martial arts training that you have
State of mind- being anything from angry to sad to happy to calm
Experience- how many fights you have been in before.
Drug/Alcohol Influence- are you drunk or on some kind of drugs at the time
Try to be reasonable when choosing an a reason for your answer. For example you could say that having 1000 friends is the best advantage but instead only think about it as the amount of friends you travel around with on average.
Also add onto other advantages that I missed.

State of mind and training, the two will give you more control over your actions and allow you to remain fluid. Control on my opinion is the biggest advantage though, the ability to control your own anxiety, body movements, and mind will give you a big advantage over anybody who can't.
Size and drugs/alchohol will seriously inhibit H2H fighting abilitys.
Big guys are clumbsy as hell when trying to fight, they lack the control over their body needed to perform in the intense, and fast paced envirenment of H2H combat.
Drugs may increase your tolerence for pain/discomfort, but your still flesh and blood human. The object of ballsout H2H combat is to inflict bodily harm/damage not pain.
Another huge advantage that's often overlooked is timing, but I could go on for days about this ****, and I need to turn myself in soon.
Great post!
Hopefully this thread stays active for a while.

simple. the ability to make total war and not be bound or afraid politically or by senority. this will handicap all the aforementioned if not properly addressed at the highest levels.

This can go both ways...
If a 'crazy man' is attacking an opponent that lets fear and anxiety take hold, he's will dominate the fight. The crazy man gets into his opponents thought process by scaring the **** out of him. Coupled with the fact that many opponents are'nt trained properly enough to foresee, and counter the 'crazy man's' extremely aggresive actions, make him look damn near invincible when fighting un-trained/poorly trained adversaries. The crazy man brings the aggression right to his enemy without hesitation, which is always a plus.
Many times though, unchecked and blind aggression can cause a person to make mistakes. Over commiting themselfs to a blow, and unnesessary movements which leave himself open to counter attack are some common ones. Somebody who does'nt let fear or anxiety control his actions will be able to exploit the blind aggression quite easily by using the foremention weaknesses above. Not to mention in H2H their is almost always a gap to fill between opponents. The 'crazy man' wont be able to control himself properly while closing the gap, which will leave him wide open to counter-attack. The fact that the 'crazy man' syndrome leads to the over commitment of his blows is the reason for this.
As was stated before: Speed, aggression, surprise... just make sure it's controled aggression.

State of mind then training and experience.
State of mind is most important. If you are calm and looks like ready to fight most of opponents will look for easier prey.
Training is also very important but it must be complex: phisical, mental and psychological.
Experience allow to know what you can expect from opponents and when run to fight another day.
Crazy and drunk ppl are not to hard do beat if u can withstand first few seconds of their attack and not let them fear you. They rarly keep their defense and it doesn't matter how big they are when you hit where it hurts.
Druged guys are a diffrent matter i fighted druged man once and it was very hard fight. I dont think he feel any pain at all. I was able to escape without any serious injures but only because i kicked him in knee.
Weapons hmm dont have too many experience with it because our law basicaly allow civillians to use it aginst equaly armed opponent. Teargas is usless its difficult to aim at eyes. Tasers are very good weapon especialy for ladies. Many of my friends carry one.
Friends hmm dont know i mostly walk alone but many ppl are too deppendant on friends. I was rarly attacked by opponents that didn't got at last 2:1 odds.
Size well first thing i learned is that size doesn't matter when u hit someone where it hurts.
Suprise makes things easier but i never attacked anyone first.
You forgot about one thing reputation. It can save you a lot of trubles, when ppl think that you are crazy and looks like someone who is ready to kill. Best fight is not need to fight at all.

lol, very true. If you come upon some guy with a "DeNiro in Taxidriver" look in his eye, it's time to just move on down the line jack.
