Can anyone identify what tha soldiers in this video are shooting at? It seems it is an air conditioning unit but surely it is not, why would us soldiers shoot an air conditioning unit?

Edit: i would like to add, it is obvious they aint shooting enemy because of the casual stance they take in the middle of the road.
