Actually it was the Northern Alliance that got their money from drugs so basically drugs supported the fight against terror...

Haiw I am aware of the Northern Alliance connection with the heroin trade and that they were using the funds to fight the Taliban who were in turn sheltering Al-Qaida who were and still are active in the international drugs trade along with the Shining Path, FARC and a whole host of other unpleasant bad guys. In 1999 the UN Human Development Report estimated that the value of the trade in drugs to be around $400 billion a year thats an awfully large pot of money and Jihadist terrorists are dipping their cup into it to fund operations against you and me. Some folks on this forum may believe the adage "one mans terrorist is another mans freedom fighter" but if they are flooding my and any other community with junk they are in my eyes terrorists and the f*cking enemy.

Sadly, the town I live in only have one theater, and they tend to focus on the big blow****up movies...

So I guess I'll have to wait for the DVD.
