ID the Body Armor Please

I'm sure this is not an Interceptor Body Armor as well as FABE AAV, They seems to be Marine Sniper Teams, picture is taken during Op Iraqi Freedom, Please help me to ID this body armor please, Thank you!

P.S. if possible, please also tell me when can I buy this body armor except to join the service...

The second vest is on ebay everyday. And the exact vest in the pisture was in ebay a couple of times this year for $500 but no buyers for it. You can get similar vest in ebay also.

looks more like the PT armor in tan. That is one hell of an old pic form the inital push to baghdad as they are in the MOPP suits still

I own a PT body armor and tat looks nothing like one. It is a concealable body armor with 10 x 12 or 8 x 10 hard armor plate inserts.
