So heres another cementing of the thinking " Listen to your body "
I decided to disregard my bodies signs, that it was unhappy with the way I wa treating my back.Over at least two weeks.
Then yesterday, as I bend down to pet my dog, I feel my entire lower back getting all stressed out, and as I am coming back up again, ZAP!.
I get a shooting pain through my lower back,as if 4 peopl had stabbed me all at the same time, right inbetween the 4 lowest vertebrae, and at the same time sliced across my kidneys.

I had experienced, what we call in german a " hexenschuss" a slight pinching of a nerve, which then completely locks up your back muscles.

So I couldnt ben over anymore, couldnt undo my shoe etc.

So the sole reason for this thread, is because the remedy to this problem , is actually more painful than the experience itself.

Today I was privileged to receive 4 needles right into my back, about an half inch or so deep ,which is uncomfortable as it is, yet when the medication is injected you feel a lovely deep down in your back stabbing pain like it was blooming as the meds flow into the target area. Repeat this 3 further times.

And then add another injection, this time in your buttocks, to over time release furher pain killers and muscle relaxants to sooth the pain.

So please for your own sake.Be nice and listen to your body when it is telling you , you are being an asshole. Because it will make you pay.Big time.

The thing I am not so pleased about , is the prospect of this becoming a thing that may also taunt me in my older age as well.

I feel your pain, but next time I suggest you kick the dog instead.
