They're asking themselves a lot! I haven't even heard of Malaysia sending up a satillite. Not to mention that Malaysia isn't one of the richest nations in the world.

Yeah, thats gonna be a tough job, considering Russia hasn't even made it. Of course they've sent a robot, but thats an entirely differnt thing.
