Right, well as some of you know, my sister does not know how to not screw up a computer. She doesn't do it intentionally, but she does.
Recently she has screwed up the family computer(again I might add), now when we restart the computer we get a "Disk Error" message. There are no floppys or CDs in the computer.

Right, well since according to my father my computer is not "my computer", she has to use it. I gave her a guest account so she has no rights. I also told her that she cannot download or upload anything.
Right, well I come home today from school and I look around in her files and I see that she HAS downloaded and uploaded files.
So I just deleted all the files in the "Guest's Documents" folder, and put in its place a Notepad document. Warning her that if she ever does that again, she'll never get on this machine again.

Take a look at your local security policies. There are heaps of restrictions that you can apply to users that will:

a: Piss her off; and

b: Make it more difficult for her to root your PC.

However watch out as it is easy to make the restictions apply to yourself too.

The last Time it happened I already told you so....

Because this is MY computer. And she had the family computer, so I did not anticipate this happening. I had completly closed off my computer to her, and then she ****s up the other one.

You need to go buy one of those joke mouses that gives you an electrical shock when you left click on the thing. I have a friend who got me with one that was so powerful that when it shocked me my arm flailed like a cerebral palsy victim and I involuntarily flung the mouse into the ceiling above me smashing it to pieces. My entire arm was numb for like 15 minutes. You pull something like that on your sister and I guarantee you it will be a while before she can even go near the remote for the TV without pissing her pants.

How old is your sister? I guess your dad paid it and you're supposed to share it! Deal with it. Give your sister an account and maybe explain her some things. A little selfish, aren't we? Or go to work and by your own computer. :P

My sister is 18 and going off to college. This IS my computer, it was left to me by my aunt who passed July. My dad insists that it is both my sister's and mine's computer, but she is getting a new computer(for college) and has agreed not to use mine. But this was before she completely ****ed up the computer. Now she wants to use my computer. By virtue of my father, she has to use it, much to my dismay.
