I recently picked up a Glock 22 and the rail on the front is looking a little lonely...
Is there any differences between an Insight Tech. M3 and a Streamlight M3? Any other lights I should have my eye on?

Glock light is the cheapest but has the lowest brightness.. good buy but I like a bit more lumens.
Insight and Streamlight is the same... good light and good brightness for in house use. I do however recommand the brighter Insight M3X. brighter but not too bright to over power your eyes.
Surefire X200 is another great choice, I use that on my Glock G35 and love it. LED beam is more concentrated and less ****e to breakage and it require less power to operate so your run time is longer with the X200.
Of course there is the much more expensive SureFire military series, but you really don't need something like that. the X200 or the Insight M3x will be more then enough. if you need some thing for the perimeter, you should have at least a long gun with 9v or if Glock is all you got, maybe a seperate Surefire M3 will do the trick.
