Don't worry too much most of the heavy nukes will fall anyway on Warsaw, Tricity and GOP(uppersilesian industrial district). From what i know in mid 70s there was no lessons about helping victims of nuclear weapons in medical schools in GOP, because we will be that victims in cease of nuclear war.
In one of military factories there was Radioactiv Materials Dep. Not because there was any radioactive materials in that factory. It existed only to mesure efects of nuclear contamination in cease of war.
