Building the dike technique! (dirt and soil is $10.00/ton at Home Depot)

Making sure that the dike has no leak requires vigilance. It is called waterproofing technique! (Elmer's glue is 10 cents at Walmart)

They are from the 1998 Hunan Floods......my gf who suffered in these floods claims over 100 soldiers died in the attempts to stop the flooding...i dont know if that is funny or sad!

well it is funny cause the army is so porly equiped for the task but is thrown in anyway - classic chinese tactic.....sad cause ppl died!

RIP to the fallen in new orleans.
The flood in China is much more serious than the Flood in New orleans.The dam was broken and the army can not use equipment there.Anyway,the situation is totally different and army is not prepare for this disaster.
