The photo was taken by a council worker, during the performance of his duties.
To say he created a fake will mean he'll no doubt lose his job and more.
You should keep an open mind. NASA may be looking into this.
An Australian council employee, Roland Rozario (from here on referred to as "backwater hick town man") was taking photos with a digital camera as part of his work and when he transfered the images to his computer, one contained a UFO.
It's always gotta be in the middle of nowhere, where no other people could have possibly seen it. Riiiiighht... In all seriousness though, any experienced photographer can tell you that this is a fake. The primary reason is that in a very high light situation like the one shown, the shutter speed is very fast and hence we can see a very large amount of detail in the shot. Amazingly, the ONLY thing that's out of focus because apparently the shutter isn't fast enough, is that UFO. So apparently the UFO would have had to be moving at many hundreds of miles per hour for it to be blurry like that for a camera's shutter speed of 1/100th of a second or faster to not be able to pick it up clearly. Are you trying to tell us that the photographer wouldn't have noticed a large silver object flying at hundreds of miles per hour until he got back to the office? If nothing else he would have heard a sonic boom or profound WOOSH.

That sounds a lot like the e-mail spam I get for ***** enlargement.

Not trying to tell you anything. Only provide information. News not propaganda.
I have no opinion as to the validity of the photo. I await others better qualified than myself to judge and report.

I took a photo like that once, but upon closer examination, the UFO was really a ***** enlargement advert.

hood you smell that?
*sniff*sniff**
Smells like BULL**** to me.
its obviously fake as ****- look at the date stamp, it looks nothing like the date stamps that cameras make, it looks more like text from photoshop. And the lighting is effed up.

Although this photo may be a fake, it may also be real.
Local councils are not in the habit of creating fake photos. I would imagine that the person who took the photo may stand to lose their job and the council would be ridiculed if this is found to be faked.
All their credibility would basically be forfeit.
Given the consquences of this being a fake, I reserve my judgement.
All the best.
