Scotland tops UN’s violence league
Camillo Fracassini

SCOTLAND is the most violent country in the developed world, according to a United Nations report.

People living in Scotland are almost three times more likely to be victims of violent assault than in America. England and Wales recorded the second highest number of assaults while Northern Ireland recorded the lowest number.
The study, based on telephone interviews with victims of crime in 21 countries, found that more than 2,000 Scots are attacked every week — almost 10 times the official police figures. They include non- ****** crimes of violence and serious assaults. :D

Note to self: I was right all along p-)

This is quite scary really, when you consider the Guberment has done everything possible to wrap all it's subjetcs in cotton wool.

The increasingly free availability of alcohol has been blamed by police and health workers for much of the violence that afflicts Scotland. However, a report by the think tank Civitas, published earlier this year, said Britain had one of the world’s most ineffective police forces and highest crime rates. It said the police spend too much time behind their desks instead of tackling crime. Crime, it says, is “a very low-risk activity for the criminal”. :(

I think this explains it all:
"Brothers and sisters are natural born enemies! Like Englishmen and Scots! And Welshmen and Scots! And Japanese and Scots! And Scots and other Scots! Lousy Scots! They ruin Scotland..."

According to the study, conducted by the UN’s crime research institute, 3% of Scots had been victims of assault compared with 1.2% in America and just 0.1% in Japan, 0.2% in Italy and 0.8% in Austria. England and Wales had the second highest number of assaults with 2.8%.

Scotland was eighth in the league table for total crime, 13th for property crime, 12th for robbery and 14th for ****** assault. New Zealand had the most property crimes and ****** assaults, while Poland had the most robberies.

Well they have for years given it's subjects a false sense of security, be it from CCTV to Feel Good Laws and the fact you are constantly told to rely on the Police for all types of crime fighting.

How is Northern Ireland not above Scotland?

Edit: Just read the article. NI has the lowest recorded violent assualt eventhough everyone knows it has a massive amount of violent crime. You report something to the PSNI, you can be damn sure you`ll get kneecapped a few days later.

Now, does this cover Scotland while Argyll is in country or out of country?
