I was just wondering if anyone knows of any good sources online for inert ordnance, like demilled grenades and the like. I've searched google, but I haven't found any good results.

I suggest eBay. I collect some inert ordnance, and I've been able to find a lot more of the more "rare" and interesting things there.

Ebay, keyword inert or ordnance.....Or go to the nearest Marine EOD shop and ask nicely. You won't get one, but it'll give us a good laugh.

You can try allegro we have plenty of that lying here and there. And some peoples here are crazy enough to remove explosives and sell empty shells. I saw few belts made from empty AK-47 rounds for example.
