Head Scarf

I want to buy a military head scarf that I have seen a lot of American special forces wear, it's a white checkered one.

I haven't been able to find a photo unforunately. If you know what I am talking about please provide me with a proper name :D

Your best bet would be to get them from an Arab/Muslim shop. I bought several in the Middle East, and when I got back I bought one from a Stateside military gear dealer; although the one from the gear dealer was made in Pakistan, it wasn't as good quality; the pattern didn't quite match the "traditional" pattern; plus it was noticably smaller and shorter (less to work with, less to fold and wrap around your head/neck, and definitely too small to wear in the traditional way, draped over one's head and shoulders).
