It's a good holster, quick draw but a little difficult reinsert the pistol onto it.

That is indeed the UM holster in Woodland camo.

I would seriously consider buying another holster if I were you.
There are several other holsters in use/being evaluated at this time.

Succes ermee,
("good luck with it" for you non-Dutch speaking guys)

thanks for the info

but I am not considering to buy one... I was just wondering...

but is there a standard issue drop leg holster in use in our army ? Or are they all different ? Or are they still testing ?

"Standard issue" was/is the Eagle mkV in woodland camo.
UM holsters are in use, as well I have seen the Safariland 6004 and Ghost holster in use(last one with the KMar>military police).
Also saw a holster that I was told was developed "in house" some months ago... no idea where that project went, never saw the holster again.

The comment that I've heard about the UM is that it performs well. No need for difficult actions to re-insert the weapon. However, it seems pretty easy for someonse else to grab it, or, if you're in the woods, to lose it.
I use a blackhawk omega IV and I know a lot of guys (NL) in Afghanistan are using them too. Safariland seems nice however, but never had one in my ha
