STRIL is the designation the Swedes use for their air defence system that manages the combination of available radar, interceptor/fighter aircraft and ground based anti aircraft assets as an integrated whole.
STRIL being an acronym for "stridsledning och luftbevakning". The equvivalent English translation of the Swedish designation being something like "combat guidance and air surveillance".
The Strilsäk platoons are an equivalent to the Flygbassäk platoons, though the mission of the Strilsäk platoons are more directed towards guarding mobile air force radar and comms facilities in the field as compared to the mission of guarding Air force airbase/airfield installations of the Flygbassäk platoons.
Säk is a Swedish acronym for security.

More info on strilsäk (though in Swedish :D) can be found at: http://www.f20.mil.se/article.php?id=13845
