This happened in June and I never heard of it on the news at all. I usually watch the morning news and if not the morning I will catch the evening news. So I thought it was kind of strange. I am just wondering if any of you had heard of this.

That incident happened in June

the two girls were heading fo the Worldcup. and the vehicle
just went over.

Although I am Korean, I highly doubt it being intentional

the driver argued about his captain forcing him to use
narrow, civillian road instead of large Armed forces rad etc.

I think the blame should go to the captain,

I've read reports where other soldiers were screaming at the driver to stop.

So, dunno.
