Undoubtably a M4. It's easy to tell because of the small dip in the barrel of the rifle, which is called a Step-Cut. Assentially it is there for mounting of the M203 grenade launcher. On a side note, these photos are quite cool. Thanks for sharing.



Ps. That breaching shot is awesome, even snapped the blast of the shotgun.
