ah, that again :)
The guy is a pimp and runs some bordells. The guy with the beard sees the camera and walks toward it, and says: "Ey man.."
Pimp: "You got a problem? Move on!"
*punch*
Pimp: "Another problem?"
bearded guy: "aahbblhh"
Pimp: "Better that way." To camera: "lets move on. There is another friend of mine. Hello Werner!"
Macs.

He's a pimp from the Reeperbahn red light district in Hamburg (and an amateur boxer also).
First he tells the guy who is interviewing him how he started his first brothel (I think), then this other guy comes by (I don't know what he's saying) and he punches him.
damn, too late

The thing that I always thought funny about this vid is that after he punched that guy he goes on casually like nothing happened...rofl

yeah this is almost legendary. It became a saying with me and my friends. "Hallo Werner" self explanatory p-)
btw the handspeed: He was an amateur boxer when he was a young lad. Saw him in another documentary about Max Schmeling (famous german Boxer). He's one of the big dogs in hamburgs red light district.
