Well depends what you like, blond or brown beer. If you want something heavier then pils but not too heavy, blonde hoegaarden is good. If you want something heavy, try Leffe brown, and Westmalle. Westmalle, hands down ;)
Chocolate and armor piercing munitions is not the only thing we do good in Belgium ;)

Not euro, but what the hell, I tried them both.
Hoegarden is water.
Leffe, on the other hand, is excellent, a little spicy. Love it.

But there are tons of fine beers in Germany too. Best ones are usually the smaller breweries.
Barre pwns! They make all sorts of beer. I love their Weizen!

My other choice would be Detmolder Pils or Landbier.

drinking it without the proper glass is a sin and actually kinda stupid. The wheat(?) from the bottle ground needs get in the glass. This is why you shouldn't drink it out of the bottle.

Not seen it, only ever get it on holiday, hence the Stella :)
What about the worst beer (besides heineken of course).
I remember back in school we had our final trip to greece. 12 days roundtrip. All we drank (had to drink!) was Amstel. Damn it tastes like pre-vomitted, but "in need the devil eats flies" (german saying)

Worst beer ever would be Old Speckled Hen, or whatever it's called. Can't stand that crap since I've been drinking it first time in England!:bash:

Absolutely. I haven't been able to find the right glasses here in the UK so I brought some over from Germany. Great beer

I think I'm moderate, I can take "some" Duvel, and many more beers. I like Ricard too, stop liking it the day afterwards though :p

At the multi-national camp in A'stan we could drink Canadian beer for $2 U.S. each or we could go hit the German Sig bar (Coyote Ugly) and drink Warsteiner or Paulander or some Czeck Bud for .40 cents euro per can. It was awsome except I got a taste for Warsteiner and it costs me an arm and a leg now that I'm home..lol
