well it all depends...how tall are you, what do you currently weigh, what kind of muscle do you already have, etc.

how long have you been exercising for, and what have you been doing, usually in the first couple weeks is when you see the fastest and most signifigant weight loss

first off, good job on losing that much weight. I'm assumg you were overweight and are trying to shed extra pounds, so you should just do continuous cardiovascular exercise, at least 30min a day, 6 days a week. just give it time and try to vary your exercises do you don't get bored out of your mind

Thnx. Well ive been exercising probably consistanly for a little over a couple of months. I got a nice wieght bench at goodwill and am gonna get some wiegts and a bar pretty soon so i will start wieght lifting trying to get my muscles toned. I think im going to increase the workout to at least 40-45min a day and then implement some wieght lifting. I'm about 5'11 and really fat. lol. I really want to try and loose another 15-20lbs by christmas.

Well you on the right track, definitly keep up first off, the disicpline and regime your undertaking. Remember always fit in the 30-40 minutes and keep goin strong with the good eating, then once you get the weights its a very good idea to work all your major muslce groups. Once you start working on toning the groups you want you can concentrate the efforts, and then once you get rolling with it. Definitly start working out more thoguh once you get the weights usually youll find you need that more time to fit it all in.

Since you've hit a plateau, I think it's time to start the Cocaine Diet. *scratches neck*

Don't eat anything after dinner time, that helps a lot.

YOur body got used to your work out routine, therefore it is more efficient and doesn't need to burn as many calories doing the same thing. Working out longer culd fix it, or changing the type of workout or your intensity could also do the trick.
otherwise scrybe has a point, the cocaine diet will suffice.

Add more proteine rich food to your diet. Rice instead of potatoes for example or chicken ****. Try to eat small proteine rich meal around 1/2h after workout. Search workout sites they got usualy tables and programs to make diets. Calculate how many calories you eat and how much you need?

A couple diet tips:
-To boost your metabolism and burn more fat, it is very important to eat numerous times throughout the day. Aim for 5 or 6 smaller meals spread out every couple hours. This way your body has a constant supply of calories and burns them instead of going into a storage mode. Often people that make just this change see pretty rapid weightloss in just a couple weeks.
-Drink water like a fiend. Thursty? Drink. Kinda thirsty? Drink. Not thirsty? Drink. The body stores water in the skin, which people often mistake for fat. If you put enough water into your body daily it will get storing the water near the skin and continue to flush it out of your system. The most basic indicator of hydration is to look at your urine. If your urine is yellow, you aren't getting enough water. You want clear piss, all the time.
-To track your diet, check out www.fitday.com There is a free online option that allows you to track your daily intake by slecting which foods and in which amounts you have consumed. Even if you don't stick with this long-term, use it for a couple weeks and really see where your calories and fat are coming from. It may suprise you, and make it a lot easier to target the things you don't want going into your body.
-Cocaine is a helluva drug.

Weird thing about that clear piss statement, I take these multivitamins, but my piss is always bright yellow after I take them, it's weird.

yea, i think it's yellow because of the excess vitamins. your body doesn't absorb 100% (more like 15% or so) of them when you take the vitamin pills. most of it gets flushed through urine, making it bright yellow.

Increasing your cardio workout time will actually cause you to burn muscle instead of fat. (Seen any 50" chest marathon runners lately?) Cardio for 20-30 minutes is more than enough, unless you are trying to become an endurance athlete.
Weight training is an excellent way to both burn fat and build lean muscle mass. Try this: Run/jog around your block, come in do a set of bench presses, push-up, sit-ups, squats, cleans or pull ups. Run another lap & come back and do one of the exercises you didn't do. Do this for twenty minutes. You will be smoked. Work to an intensity level that you can handle. You didn't get in the shape you are in overnight, you won't change back overnight either. You can avoid plateaus by continually shocking the body with different types of work.
Dan John, one of the premier lifting coaches in the US has a downloadable book that is just chock full of good workout stuff (pictures of lifts, routines, etc.) His web site is:www.danjohn.org
For diets the Zone, the Paleo (Meat leaves & berries) & the Abs diet are some of the better one. Remember, your body need protein, carbs (good ones) and fats (good ones).
Good luck, keep up the good work.
