They talk about 9/11 and what not in the beginning so you might want to fast-forward to the WMD part (although the whole show is rather interesting)
If you open the MP3 in your mediaplayer the WMD part starts at 13:30, or if you open it in your webbrowser it should start somewhere over here:

It's basically a podcast where the host has invited a terrorism expert, Toby Archer, to talk about WMDs, 9/11, terrorists and such. Mr. Archer raises an interesting question about how big of a difference there actually is with nuclear weapons and chemical weapons, yet their both under the same umbrella term.

Yeah, I know, beating a dead horse and all that. Still, I found it interesting, maybe someone else will too.

It's not radio, it's a podcast. Meaning you can either listen to it live streaming, or download it when it suits you. As for genre, it says right on the front page (http://www.radiofreefinland.net/)

But just listen to the show I linked to, and then comment.
