This device projects a circular shaped vortex of air up to 20 yards before breaking down. The gun works by charging a capacitor to 400v, then dumping the current into a solenoid when the trigger is pulled. The solenoid drives a diaphragm inside the tube, forcing the air violently out through a smaller opening at the front. The forced air forms a doughnut shaped vortex that can be directed through the room to knock over objects or in this case set of a car alarm.It could be used to precisely direct tear gas at a target without effecting unintended targets.

Soo nice weapon and they want to use it to spread tear gas. Why not stick to the propane and make it fire something that burn in higher temp. Flame vortex vaporizing your enemies...
