Darwin police said the men, aged 20, 21 and 22, were charged Saturday over the incident.

They said a third serviceman was at the apartment at the time.
Police said the men each had been charged with one count of ****** intercourse without consent and bailed to appear in the Darwin Magistrates Court on February 24.
The three servicemen were from one of three US naval warships due to leave Darwin after a four-day visit.
A Darwin police spokeswoman said the three men would be required to remain in Australia until their court appearance.
The US warships USS Peleliu, USS Decatur and USS Germantown arrived in Darwin on February 4 following active deployment in the Arabian Gulf.
Police said a female friend of the sisters became concerned about their welfare after the sisters left a Darwin nightclub in a taxi with two of the US Navy servicemen.
She alerted US Shore Patrol members who were at the nightclub, who then went to the apartment and found the two women semi-conscious in separate bedrooms.
