Yup, I saw that too.
The way it looks, this is a dupe, must be some kind of fire cracker.
This guy wouldn't laugh if it were real, plus the dude walking pass as if nothing happened.
Not to mention that the crack is heard at the same time the wannabe bullet impacted.

It's too much to be true.

First I noticed just some movement, then I replayed the clip. Whii some guy was on his morning walk there... With a better editor, it would have been a nice sniper clip :-)

There was a video posted here a few days ago, a sniper shot a US Soldier and the rest of squad didnt even notice that he got shot, they didnt even seem to take cover if i remember it right.
So its possible he heard the shot, but just didnt care because he thought it was directed somewere else.

and the laughing part, i have seen several clips of people inside vehicles attacked (?!) by IED's and surviving, laughing and cheering.

What the hell are all you guys talking about? Morboute is the ray of common sense in an dismal example of what happens when too much TV meets real footage.

People laugh from a near miss all the time, some nervously and some from the joy of realising your still alive.

And then there is this gem that stands out from all the stupidity as the most stupid:

Without knowing the weapon, the range the conditions or anything else except a 3 second clip filmed from inside a pit you are willing to say definitively what a sniper can and cant do? Please.

People laugh in all kinds of occasions especially we Bosnians. However the other guy would probably be killed by then, or maybe he did but they never showed it.

Dude it is normal link, and there is nothing graphic on it. I know there are people being shot but it is from great distance so you don't see much, except for people falling. It is war and people die in it, and this site is about war.

Anything! In Serbia they even had concerts during the bombing on which hundereds of thousands of people went. Sometimes bombs would fall close, and planes would fly overhead but they would just continue with the party. I heard several times on TV that we (Serbs) are crazy nation, when in the middle of bombing we have the biggest parties and concerts the country has ever seen. And off course the notorius competitions in bravery, when people would get on some 800-1500m in plain view Muslim and Croat snipers and then compete who is gonna stay there longer while bullet are flying arround. Some people got killed like that. Then there were people who would play Russian Rulet with a regural gun (not revolver). Then competitions in drinking rakija (plum brandy). They would basically compete in drinking a whole bottle in one shot (na eks). Most of foreign poeple need several glasses of water after a single shot of rakija, but these animals would drink one liter in one shot. As you can imagine many would get a very strong heart attack and die after that. One of the most interesting things was visiting other side during the truce. people would go and drink coffee in their trenches and they would come to us. On Vlasic we stopped doing that after one of our guys never returned. Well he was exchanged later, but with several broken ribs and almost no teeth left. There was other crazy **** going on, but it would be too long to write evrything here.

O yeah I gotta tell the story of this crazy ass Muslim who was in Croatian concentration camp in Capljina. Well Croats would make them clean the camp so as he was cleaning one day he stumbled on a bottle of rakija, and well drank it and got wasted. After that he went to the microphone in the camp (that thing where they have announcments) and than shouted "Ustase this is Arkan, and I'm gonna kill ya'll, I **** your Croat mothers". For couple of minutes there was panic in the camp untill they figured out what was happening and then they beat the crap out of him. They wanted to kill him but I guess there was someone with a good sense of humor and he saved his life. I know the guy, and yesterday he actually got drunk and hit one lady with his car, and now is in jail...He is the creziest mothe****er I have ever seen. So as you can see, what others make movies about we in Balkans actually do.
