The fact remains that the IA and IP are still woefully undertrained to deal with well-motivated insurgents. Heck, they are also still quite underequipped but that will be solved soon as their petro-dollars are making a nice bundle as they actually sell their petroleum unlike the Saudis who just build huge stockpiles of the stuff, always increasing production, but also cutting down on release, and thumbing their noses at all the fake OPEC agreements, thereby artifically increasing oil prices.

Not only did he lead the 101st into Iraq, but he has a doctorate in international relations from Princeton as well. The guy is always worth listening to.
