Larry - mate - since I've noticed you usually use the word "think" in a context where you might probably want to mean "thank" (my guess) here I am to tell ya.
Not a rude correction mate, just a tap on your shoulder: it would be "thanks or thank you" p-)

BTW nice chopper pics, thanks

Reminds me of the warning given to us by one of the loadies on the British RN commando chopper we once were to get a little fly-around with , about not approaching the chopper with unstrapped headgear: "Cause it'ill get blown off and up into the rotor, and then we crash! No good! You understand huh?".
Had some propwash that Commando chopper. Blew an ice block hidden under the snow straight in the face of one of my buddies and allmost knocked him out . As it was he was quite lucky that piece of ice hit him flat on rather than edge on. Edge on would really have made a mess of his face in that propwash.

Well, as for the pic I guess that's what you can call truly flying the flagg .

You are very right.
Every year lots of people get killed by doing the bad things near helicopters.
Always remember to:
Aproach the helo after a signal from pilot/crew member and in their line of sight NEVER from the rear if you are not told to do so.
Never aproach the helo with unstrapped things...
Never leave the helo uphill.
Always bend yorself a bit when aproaching or leaving the helo , specially during start/stop of rotors with wind or not.
Don't carry things in upright position aproaching or leaving.
Don't throw things out.
Don't leave unstrapped things inside the helo with a door/window open.
Look what are doing the others , sometimes the complacency kills.

If you are going to fly helos you must receive a briefing, if not , ask for it!

Best regards.
